QuickTip
A quick note about the new look and frequency of my newsletter. Each month, instead of one newsletter, I will send two. The first will include a note about industry news or myself. The second will feature a writing tip. I’ve made this change to make QuickConnects a faster read.
Now for this month’s tip:
An antagonist should wear a shirt that reads: My goal is to deny yours. That’s the goal of the antag, to keep your protagonist from achieving his goals. Remember, the more worthy the opponent, the more heroic your hero will appear. So make your bad guy a worthy opponent. Next month, I’ll give a few tips on how to do that.
